how to connect eVisitor
A guide to connecting the eVisitor system for automatic guest check-in registration — required before your first guest arrives.
Why do you need eVisitor?
eVisitor is the Croatian Tourist Board's system for electronic guest check-in and check-out registration, legally required for all hosts in Croatia. Connecting eVisitor to Livvi lets you automatically register guests for every booking, without manually entering data into the eVisitor portal.
eVisitor integration has two parts: connecting your eVisitor user account, and entering a facility code for each unit. Both steps must be completed for automatic check-in to work.
1. Open "My Account"
In the top menu click "My Account".
2. Find the "eVisitor integration" section
While not connected, the status shows "NOT CONFIGURED".
3. Enter your credentials
Enter your Username and Password (minimum 4 characters) — the same credentials you use to log into the eVisitor portal. Click Save.
4. Your password is stored encrypted
After saving, the password will no longer be shown on screen. If you need to change it, simply enter a new one and save again.
5. Add the facility code for each unit
This is a separate, per-unit step. Open the unit for editing and find the eVisitor field — enter the facility code (e.g. "1234567"), which you receive from the tourist board when registering the property in the eVisitor system.
6. Deadline
The facility code isn't required right away, but must be entered before your first guest arrives — without it, automatic check-in won't work for that unit.
