payment and refund policy

1. Payment Methods

We accept payments through:

  • Stripe (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)

  • PayPal

All payments are processed securely using SSL encryption.

2. Currency and Taxes

All payments are made in EUR (€).
Prices include Croatian VAT (25%) unless otherwise stated.

3. Subscriptions

Paid plans (Basic, Advanced, Premium) are billed monthly.
You can cancel your subscription anytime from your account settings.

4. Refunds

Refunds are issued in the following cases:

  • Duplicate payment

  • Technical error resulting in non-delivery of service
    Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method.

5. Booking Cancellations

Guest cancellations and host refunds are subject to individual property policies.
Livvi.io acts as an intermediary and cannot process refunds outside its payment system.

6. Disputes

For any billing issues, contact billing@livvi.io.
All disputes are handled in accordance with Croatian law.
