These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Livvi.io platform and services. By registering or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Service Description

Livvi.io provides an online system for managing property listings, reservations, pricing, and marketing. Users may register as:

• Hosts (property owners/managers)

• Guests (travelers)

3. Account Registration

To use Livvi.io, you must:

• Provide accurate and current information

• Keep login credentials secure

• Be at least 18 years old

Livvi.io reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account violating these Terms.

4. Pricing & Commission

• Livvi.io charges a 2% transaction fee per booking.

• Premium features (AI pricing, OTA sync, analytics) may require a paid subscription.

• All prices include VAT unless otherwise stated.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

Refund policies follow the Payment & Refund Policy.
Livvi.io is not responsible for cancellations made between guests and hosts outside the platform.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, code, and design of Livvi.io are owned by MonkeyMedia d.o.o. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the software.

7. Liability

Livvi.io acts as an intermediary platform and is not liable for disputes between hosts and guests.
We provide the platform “as is” and do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.

8. Termination

Users may close their accounts at any time. Livvi.io may suspend or terminate accounts for policy violations.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia.
Any disputes shall be resolved before the competent court in Zagreb.
