The centrepiece of the villa is a 50 m² heated pool overlooking an olive grove. Next to it are a summer kitchen, a barbecue area and a big table with chairs.

On the ground floor there is a large living room with a kitchen, and a bedroom with a bathroom and direct access to the pool terrace. On the first floor there are three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, and a large balcony. The basement is a space for adults and kids to have fun: a bar counter with stools, a PlayStation 5, a table tennis table, pool, darts and a kids' corner with games.
