Livvi doesn't replace Booking. and it doesn't need to.
Livvi works alongside Booking and Airbnb, not instead of them. No moving your listings and no risk to your season.

When a host hears about a new platform, caution is a sensible first reaction. You don't want to risk your season, move calendars or lose the guests you already have. So let's be clear straight away: Livvi doesn't ask you to leave Booking or Airbnb.
booking and livvi, side by side
The big platforms remain an important channel, and we're not trying to take that away from them. Livvi comes alongside them as your channel for direct bookings.
New guests can find you on Livvi, and it especially pays off for guests who come to you for the second, third or fifth year and get in touch with you directly anyway. The guest books and pays directly with you, and you pay 2% instead of the platform's full commission.
no moving
- Your listings on Booking and Airbnb stay as they are. You don't switch anything off and you don't move anything.
- You connect calendars through an iCal link. A reservation from Booking or Airbnb blocks those dates on Livvi, and Livvi generates its own iCal link that you can import into other platforms. That way you prevent double bookings.
- Reservations from other platforms stay on those platforms. Payment and communication for them work as before. Livvi sees them only as a blocked date.
iCal calendars don't update instantly, but periodically. So make sure import and export are set up on both sides.
how a guest gets to a booking on livvi
You publish your property on Livvi and guests can find and book it. To a guest who contacts you directly (by message, email or phone), you send the link to your property. The guest books and pays online, and the money goes to your Stripe account.
If a guest first came through a platform, check that platform's rules on contacting guests outside it.
what you get on top
Besides direct bookings, Livvi automatically registers your guests in eVisitor and handles payment straight to your account, without us as an intermediary.
For the first 12 months, Livvi is free. After that: 2% per booking + €9.99 per month per accommodation unit (maximum €60 per month). Amounts are excluding VAT.
