how to add seasonal pricing for a unit
A guide to adding seasonal rates for your units on Livvi.
Sign in, open the "Nekretnine" (Properties) tab and select the property you want to set seasonal rates for.
1. Open the unit
Inside the property you'll see a list of all units — click "Prikaži jedinicu" (Show unit) for the one you're editing.
2. Find "Sezonske cijene" (Seasonal pricing)
Scroll to the "Sezonske cijene" section, where you can see existing seasonal rates, the pricing calendar and active seasonal periods.
3. Add a season
Click "Dodaj sezonu" (Add season) and enter: the season name (e.g. Summer high season, Spring season, Christmas period), price per night, start date, end date, and an optional description.
4. Save
Click "Spremi sezonu" (Save season). The season is applied to the pricing calendar automatically — dates in that period show the new nightly rate.
