how to add your first property on Livvi
To receive bookings, first add a property, then create at least one unit inside it.
After signing in, open the "Nekretnine" (Properties) tab and click "+ Dodaj smještaj" (Add property).
1. Basic property details
Enter the basic details, category, pet rules, cancellation policy and photos, then click "Spremi" (Save). Important: a property with no unit is not visible to guests.
2. Add the first unit
Inside the property you just created, scroll to the "Dostupne jedinice" (Available units) section and click "Dodaj jedinicu" (Add unit). Fill in the basic information, beds, capacity and pricing, and the amenities.
3. Calendar sync (optional, but recommended)
In the "Sinkronizacija kalendara (iCal)" section you can paste your Airbnb and Booking.com iCal URLs to prevent double bookings. Livvi also generates your own iCal export URL automatically.
4. Photos
Click "Odaberi datoteke" (Choose files), add at least one photo and mark one as the cover. Without photos a unit doesn't look professional and won't attract guests.
5. Save
Click "Spremi" (Save). When you see "1 jedinica dostupna" (1 unit available), the property is ready for bookings.
