how to add your first property on Livvi
To receive bookings you first need to add a property and then create at least one unit inside it (apartment, studio, house and similar).
1. Click "Add property"
After signing in, open the Properties tab and click the "+ Add property" button. If you have no listings yet, it says "You have no published properties".
2. Enter the basic property details
In the form fill in: basic details, category, pet rules, cancellation policy, add photos. Click Save.
3. Add the first unit
Important: a property without a unit is not visible to guests. Open the property you created, scroll to the "Available units" section and click "Add unit".
4. Fill in the unit details
Basic information, beds, capacity and prices, amenities.
5. Calendar sync (optional, recommended)
In the "Calendar sync (iCal)" section you can paste the Airbnb iCal URL and the Booking.com iCal URL, which prevents double bookings. After you save the unit, Livvi automatically generates your own iCal export URL as well.
6. Add photos
In the Photos section: click Choose files, add at least one photo and mark one as the cover photo. Without photos the unit will not look professional.
7. Save the unit
Click Save. If you see "1 unit available", the property is ready for bookings.
