how to create a discount code
Create a discount code in seven steps: type, who, where, when, limits, visibility and review.
Where do you create discount codes?
Go to Marketing → Discounts or click "Create discount code" directly from the Marketing overview. Creation takes 7 steps.
1. Type
Choose a percentage discount or a fixed amount and enter the value. Add an internal name if you wish. The code guests enter is generated automatically, and you can change it.
2. Who
Choose who it applies to: all guests, new guests, returning guests or a saved audience.
3. Where
All properties, one property or selected units.
4. When
Optional: a booking date range and/or a stay date range.
5. Limits
Minimum number of nights, minimum booking amount, total number of uses (0 = unlimited) and number of uses per guest.
6. Visibility
Turn on "Public / shareable" if you want to share the code on social media. Choose whether it can be combined with other offers.
7. Review
Check everything and click "Create discount code".
