how to sync your calendar (Airbnb and Booking.com)
Connect your iCal calendars to prevent double bookings between Livvi and other platforms.
If you list your property on several platforms, you need to connect the calendars to avoid double bookings. Livvi uses standard iCal sync: a booking on Airbnb automatically blocks those dates on Livvi, and the other way round if you've set up the export.
Where
Nekretnine (Properties) → select the property → Uredi jedinicu (Edit unit) → the "Sinkronizacija kalendara (iCal)" section.
Importing from Airbnb
In Airbnb: open the listing → Availability → Export calendar → copy the iCal URL. In Livvi, paste the link into the "Airbnb iCal URL za uvoz" field and click "Spremi" (Save).
Importing from Booking.com
In the Booking.com Extranet: Rates and availability → Calendar → Export calendar → copy the iCal URL. In Livvi, paste the link into the "Booking.com iCal URL za uvoz" field and click "Spremi" (Save).
How external bookings appear
Dates blocked from other platforms show up in the Livvi calendar as "External booking". Livvi does not manage that booking — payment and communication stay on the platform it came from — but the dates are safely blocked, which prevents double bookings.
